Electrolysis Supply, we often receive letters or e-mails that we are very proud of. As such,
we would like to share them with you, our valued customer.
Dear Global,
I just wanted to drop you a note in thanks for your professionalism.
I ordered an Aavexx electrolysis system and was eagerly awaiting its
arrival when our town was evacuated because of a hurricane. About a
week later, I came home to find everything still there. We
just had a lot of branches and trash everywhere. I opened the mailbox
and found that our Postman had left the Aavexx unit inside the box prior to
the storm. The cardboard had completely deteriorated and was still
wet from the rain. I cringed to think of what kind of shape my system
was in. I brought it inside and the cardboard literally fell off in
my hands. It was then that I discovered how carefully packaged the
system was. Every single instrument, as well as the unit itself was
individually and perfectly sealed in heat-shrink plastic. No water
was inside at
all. Even the instruction packet was sealed and dry. Now, I
doubt your shipping department knew there would be a hurricane and put
extra care into the packaging. The only conclusion I could reach was
that your company puts a very high value on service, up to and including
minor details. Thank you again.

I have
been working with the Aavexx 549 system on my beard and am glad to report
that it is 80% gone! I am very impressed that it worked so well on my
unusually thick and deep whisker hair.

One of the
lights on my Epitron burned out and the machine was out of warranty.
I was very surprised when Global repaired it at no cost, but even more
surprised to find a free kit of Liquid Electrolysis in the box when it came
back.
